Dear Constituent,
Thank you for contacting me regarding the Constitution Restoration Act.  I appreciate hearing from you about this issue.

As you know, the Constitution Restoration Act, H.R. 1070, was introduced during the 109th Congress. This bill would have prohibited the Supreme Court or any Federal Court judge from having jurisdiction to review or appeal a court or government decision that was made in acknowledgment of ‘God as the sovereign source of law, liberty, or government’, and would have allowed for the removal and impeachment of any judge that violates this act.  At this time, this bill has not been re-introduced in the 110th Congress. However, please be assured that I will keep your views in mind should this legislation be considered on the House floor.

 …
………….
Dear Honorable Inslee,
I believe that there should be consequences to violation of the constitution.  Not even a judge is above the law. I believe there was an amendment that introduced the credo “In GOD we trust.”  I believe that the founders did not approve of this change.  I am keenly aware of workings of the legal system in the US corporation territory which does not recognize the “human being” in the democracy.  I am aware we are operating under the laws of bankruptcy where humanity is not recognized nor the constitution.  I also know that the only court in the land that can hear constitutional arguments is the Supreme Court of the United States.  All other courts do not recognize the constitution.  All our rights have been converted to privileges.  The income tax is a clear violation of the constitution, however since the government does recognize the human being they can tax the straw the man without consequence.  You can also not have real money like gold in the Democracy either only “currency”.  I’m certain your aware of all this, but I know for a fact that the average American citizen is not aware of this fraud.
These are all relatively recent phenomena.  Your idea that we are unable to return to the laws of the constitution is not grounded in history.  In fact we are are on shakier ground now without the laws of the constitution protecting the humans from the government.  There can be no freedom without personal responsibility and justice enforced by government.  If we have a concern that the constitution does not address an issue then we can amend the constitution.  For example we could amend the constitution to address global warming.  I used that example because it seems to be an issue that your concerned with.  But the idea that the constitution is an outdated document that should not be relevant today is not in my opinion a very wise belief.  The last seven years should have demonstrated to us that a stronger adherence to the limits of the constitution is needed not a total abandonment of it because it is too restrictive.

I would like to start by saying that money and investment from Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWF) is not inherently evil. I don’t believe in being demoniac about SW, simply because the people supported by the funds don’t necessarily deserve to lose their money. I believe by applying restrictive or special regulations to SWF many of the concerns related to the influences surrounding them will be reduced. Overall these regulations will have a calming effect and actually add stability to the system thus protecting and preserving the entire free market system.

We should try to level the playing field in favor of the small investor. The people who argue for SWF tend to see them as a stabilizing element. No one can argue that the SWFs that bailed out Merrill Lynch and other Wall Street companies did not have a strong stabilizing effect. Let’s face it they saved the day. However, we also can’t ignore the reality that money = influence. As a Wall Street regulator it should be their job to regulate the markets so that ever player plays fair. As a regulator you are unlikely to have as much influence over a powerful SWF as some other type of investor. As a result the SWF investor has more influence than other fair players in the system.

Bush lead the US into the Iraq war based on threats to national security. He seems to forget the threats SWFs pose to US economic security. He is quick to implement the patriot act on his own citizens, but then when it comes to sovereign wealth funds he allows free reign. He will sell your freedom out for a buck, rather than stand and protect the interests of his own citizens from foreign influence. In fact he does the opposite and almost encourages it. His actions say it all. He is much more impressed with wealth and power than he is interested in protecting America’s freedom.

Politics and and economic freedom are at odds. Money buys influence and making changes in monetary policy are difficult. It is up to Wall Street regulators to assure the markets and not hide the truth. SWFs threaten the free market by being economic bullies that always rig the game to their favor. They have unfair advantages, are able to manipulate public opinion, and control the media to a much greater extent than other investors in the market. By making the markets more democratic they become more stable and less volatile. By implementing proactive regulations that increase transparency of SWFs everyone is better off even those that have their retirements tied to SW.

Repatriation of US dollars that have left the US due to our huge trade imbalances through SWFs is a good thing. However, foreign governments may use these repatriation dollars to gain control of the puppet strings that could lead to a world that is less tolerant to individual freedom. We as citizens must be aware and protect our freedoms from a new world that favors economic tyranny.

The extra ordinary life of Martin Luther King demonstrates to us that all men are not created equal. However, his teachings showed us that all men are equal in their aspirations and their hope for freedom from repression. His message of compassion was so powerful and his leadership so steadfast that he gave every American the strength to defeat tyranny.

In his “Mountain Top” speech he lead his followers to visualize the “promise land.” In a poetic way he described his commitment to the cause and alluded to the possibility that he may die because of his commitment. He stated that he did not fear death because he has been to the mountain top and seen the promise land that god has created. He inspired his acolytes to never give up the struggle until they attain freedom and equality. He didn’t appeal to peoples intellect, he used spiritual power to overwhelm the fear that many blacks were experiencing.  As the speech ended I believe he attained enlightenment.

Martin Luther King taught us that power defeats force. Power builds and accumulates whereas force withers in the presence of power. Power is contagious and force a leper. Truth is power and leads to enlightenment. Those people that seek to control use fear as a tool of repression. Martin Luther King truly understood these laws and used them to inspire confidence in his followers who were fearful and lacking of hope. He made it feasible for his people to gain the courage in order to affect change.

Like clockwork it is Big Government to the rescue. The proposal offers to stimulate the economy by hoping to prop up the consumer. If only people would spend more the economy will recover and we can get back to being a great nation of free people. While the foreign capital seems to see it is there best interests to jump on board. This whole housing crisis could be a US Government ploy to correct it’s overseas imbalances. What better way to correct the system than to create a crisis and blame it on the the US Citizen cause they can’t pay their mortgage. Well unfortunately this won’t work and I will tell you why.

What really needs to happen is to dramatically shrink government. When we collectively decide that government can never be the answer to every ill we will never get out of this boom bust cycle. The only solution is to decide where government works and keep it at that. Where government doesn’t work it needs to be eliminated, completely. Instead of this plan, of course the bureaucrats seem to think they can be the remedy to the problems by making new government bureaucracies and further expanding the nanny state.

We need to dramatically cut the scope of defense to the borders of the United States. I propose we bring the Army home to inspect every package of cargo coming into this country. We would get much more economic and security benefit from that than our current strategy of hunting down the terrorists in the mountains of Pakistan. Spending our capital overseas in a war that can not be won is a waste of money and further devalues the dollar.

The sorriest story from last week was that one about the federal government not paying it’s domestic wire tapping bills. The phone company finally cut off the service. I would like to thank the phone company for at least holding the government to the same standard as you and I. I would have respected them much more if they would have refused the government access to begin with, because it was a clear violation of civil liberties. Maybe the government should use some of that bail-out money to pay it’s wire tapping bills. Also there will probably be incentives in the bail-out package to the company that can make the most efficient wire tapping device. That way the government can save money on wire tapping and stimulate the economy. Now that’s a great way to kill two birds with one stone.

Another reason why the hand out may not work is that anytime the government hands out money they never give it to people who really need it. No doubt if there’s that much money to be handed out congress will make damn sure it filters through some of their cronies hands first, who will then distribute it to those needy bums… the tax payers. After getting taxed by the UNITED STATES then we have to come with hat in hand to beg for our money back. The hoops we have to jump through to get the few pennies back are hardly worth effort. Maybe that’s the idea. Who knows where those unclaimed benefits go? Certainly it’s not to the homeless, because they don’t have a residence there is no place to mail the welfare check.

In 1963 the US dollar was pegged to gold at $35 per ounce, but the economic volatility of the late 60’s and the Vietnam War made it impossible to fix. “What would be later known as Triffin’s Dilemma was predicted when Triffin noted that if the U.S. failed to keep running deficits the system would lose its liquidity, not being able to keep up with the world’s economic growth, thus bringing the system to a halt. Yet, continuing to incur such payment deficits also meant that over time the deficits would erode confidence in the dollar as the reserve currency creating instability.1” That’s a whopping 2,500% decrease in value since 1971. I don’t believe we have even seen the tip of the iceberg yet. It seems the politicians and the American public are largely ignorant to what this really could mean.

There will no doubt be troubled times ahead. At least you will need to take a sober approach to business knowing that credit will be tighter. You should keep you credit clean and don’t over extend your business. That doesn’t mean you stop growing your business, just try to grow smart and get the most bang for your buck. Inflation could eat at your profits and that will be an extra cost you have to figure into your operations. Don’t keep cash around use it to invest in equity for your business. Look for bargains cause there could be some distressed sellers were you can buy “pennies on the dollar.”

Watch out for political solutions! There will no doubt be politicians who will try to use the public panic to further their own agenda at your expense. For me it helps to trust none of these people. Know that politicians often have their own agenda which 95% of the time is not in your best interests. Never take a politician at face value, always look for their ulterior motives. Last night I watched “Frontline” a show called “Cheney’s Law.” This is interesting how Bush and Cheney have chosen to interpret the constitution to their benefit and to the detriment of the United States Citizens. I have been calling for these men to be impeached and I think they should put on trial for treason. All I’ve learned from the last 7 years is when the government says they want to protect your freedom what they really are saying is they want to expand their freedom to do what they want.

Unfortunately, it is up to you to defend your Civil Liberties otherwise the government will take them from you. I wish it were easy but this is the reality of our current world. I happen to believe in justice and the rule of law. Without the rule of law and justice tyranny will dictate right and wrong. If your into the bible it may be helpful to to read the story of David vs Goliath(1 Samuel, chapter 17.) Basically the fight to protect your Civil Liberties never ends.

It seems the average American is too intent on watching “American Idol” than to really see what is going on. Collectively the US Citizens are so self-absorbed and our youth who is completely ignorant of US history, that they risk selling the soul of America. The National ID card will soon be implemented and the police state is now so pervasive that freedom is as close as your local government operated health clinic. But we have come so far electing a woman or maybe a black man to the presidency. We should be so proud of our huge progress as humans on this earth.  Looking to the same tired establishment with preferential changes in gender or race qualities to deliver us from this collective nightmare is not in my opinion a wise course of action. But, it seems to play right into the hands of those people whose motivations are far from benign.

Ron Paul wins huge support in New Hampshire primaries and is still very viable despite being snubbed by the Washington Pundits.  I wouldn’t discount the huge numbers of independents in New Hampshire who are Ron Paul supporters.  The TV media are trying to spin all the independents into McCain supporters.  I think that New Hampshire voters should be outraged by this.  The fact that these pundits did not even wait for the voters to vote before making these blanket declarations should upset New Hampshire voters.  Personally I’m ashamed that our nation has sunk to these depths of depravity.  Regardless of the outcome we should wonder about the state of our democracy.  If your a New Hampshire voter please demand that your vote is counted and voice is heard.  Don’t leave your fate to the Washington Establishment who would like to dictate to you who you voted for.

On the first trading day of 2008 talk of weakness in the US economy has resulted in $100 barrel oil futures. Listening to Bloomberg that morning the pundants could not help themselves in almost prematurely reporting the bad news. The speculative talk of $1000 per ounce of gold was also a topic of discussion. I think the most interesting discussion came from one analyst that correctly put into perspective the pickle the Federal Reserve has found itself in. On the one hand the credit markets are frozen do the subprime fallout, but on the other hand inflation is eating everyone’s lunch. In order to prime the pump and get the credit markets functioning correctly the fed must cut interest rates. However, inflationary concerns are starting to make a stronger case for raising interest rates.

The interesting thing is the Fed can’t really do much to reverse this type of squeeze. The printing presses are running and the Fed can’t give the money away because none of their buddy bankers are borrowing. I did mention before “The Honest Money Act” which is not a return to the “Gold Standard” in the classic sense as the US corporate pundants would have you be believe. All it does is give the banker another option in securing it’s assets. It does not require the banker to actually back their deposits in gold as a “Pure Gold” standard would do.

Many people may not realize how the “Honest Money Act” The Honest Money Act, (H.R. 2756) is in at it’s essence Economic Heresy. It is attacking our core of the “New World Order(NWO.)” The New World order says that all currencies will be fiat currencies. So in banking terms it means that you can’t question the stability of the system itself. For example bank mangers that are concerned with inflation can not invest in anything other than other Fiat currencies such as the Euro to hedge against inflation. The implications of this are fascinating but also the policy is very sinister in it’s application. May people think that the war in Iraq and the Middle East is about oil. What it’s really about is to get all humans on the planet to adopt this what I like to term “the funny money system.” This means that governments don’t care if you buy oil in Euros or Dollars, but you can’t buy oil with Gold or money backed by gold. If you as a government want to deal in oil you better have a Fiat currency or we will start a war in order to impliment that type a system. These wars are all about freedom and democracy right?

Why “the Honest Money Act” will bring peace to the world. It will because it does exactly what it says it will do. You don’t need an Army to force people to adopt it, and it’s not so radical of change that it will cause economic collapse. I would not want to completely adopt a pure gold standard because it would in affect throw out the baby with the bath water. There are advantages to this Fiat currency system and I don’t think that cracking the door open to gold is going to cause everyone to run to gold. There may be a huge run up in gold at the implementation, but it will only add an additional stability to the current system in the long run. So I think it is a great idea it doesn’t change anything really it only adds an honest element to system.

Keep in mind that the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT is a bankrupt corporation. The “Honest Money Act” will require the US Government to confront the enemies of the United States. Remember the Spanish Inquisition and don’t listen to the talking heads.

Read my other post a “Monetary System of Competing Currencies” this could be the answer!!!  Better than the “Honest Money Act.”

The wave of support for the Obama may make him unstoppable going forward. His win Iowa, will result a victory in New Hampshire, then South Carolina. Edwards is the only real contender to Obama. Clinton is unelectable, but like the republican party the Democratic party has got their heads in the sand and thinks that she can win. She will be in the race longer than she should. However, I believe the glee of and pure power of the Obama campaign will crush her sooner than many people think.

As for the Republicans none will be able to hold a candle to Obama. The only real republican candidate that could give Obama difficulty would be Ron Paul. However, the Republicans can’t ever support Ron Paul. He’s too much against Wall Street, the bankers, and big Government ( remember that’s a good thing.) Also the Republican Party is all about controlling everything and Paul is for civil liberties and restoring personal freedoms. The reason the Democratic Party and the and the Republican party won’t give Ron Paul the light of day is that they are both afraid of the strength of Ron Paul’s message of freedom and smaller government.

If it were a race between Ron Paul and Barack Obama I personally would choose Paul but I think Obama would win. He may not be right on the issues, but that won’t matter to everyday Americans because Obama has more charisma. The other thing is that an Obama ticket is attractive to the Washington establishment and a Ron Paul ticket would scare the hell out of them. Ron Paul would then need a groundswell of citizen support in order to win, however Obama who would probably have his own supporters backing him.  That would be quite interesting to see.  I say this because if Paul were to make it that far, one Ron Paul supporter at that point would  probably worth two Obama supporters in terms of pure determination to win.  I still am hoping Ron Paul will win cause he is the only person who truly represents change. Obama will unite the country, but I don’t think his ideas are that radical, nor do I believe that he will change anything substantially once he’s elected. Paul on the other hand is really the candidate of change, and that is why you don’t hear a peep from anybody on TV about him.

So I reluctantly declare Obama the victor and the next president of the United States. Of course I could be wrong, but I don’t think so. You heard it here first!

Here is a link that kind of backs up what I was saying on several levels.  Notice the absence of Paul as well.
