We as Americans should be outraged by this. Is big media alone going to be the only source of news? You should know that it is not correct in a free society to punish this type of activism and questioning. I encourage you to help get him released from jail and send a strong message that we can recognize tyranny and cover-up when we see it. Think about it. Put yourself in Luke Rudkowski’s shoes. If you were him would want someone to come support you? Would you want someone to help you? Any technology designed or developed by the government by for the police Dept. must pass a congressional panel that approves it’s constitutionality based on the question “Could this device be used to subvert a human’s Civil Liberties.” If the answer is “maybe” then it could not be used by the police. The device could only be used for national defense only and not policing Citizens. Any technology developed for surveillance against the Citizenry will have matching funds go to protecting the Citizenry from unconstitutional uses of the technology. It should be clear that the technology is owned by the free Citizens not by the government who are serving to Citizens.
3. Justice system maintains that everyone is a corporation and enforces statute law by the use of police. Does not recognize the constitution and judges hear only commercial corporate contract complaints and act as tax collectors for the state. vs Judges recognize the difference between human and corporations. Disputes between Humans they use “Common Law” based on actual damages. All statues must be approved by the supreme court prior to implementation and must not violate any “Common Law Right” or “Bill of Rights” what-so-ever and would be constantly subject to re-approval every 7 years by a completely new panel of Judges.

Scientists are paid to research global warming and scientist that can demonstrate that humans are the cause of global warming get more funding. Those scientists that conclude that CO2 is not linked to Global Warming lose funding and or are assassinated. vs The people that know that CO2 is an orderless colorless non-toxic gas that plants need to breath in are considered sane. Scientist are funded to do pure research and report the true results without political pressure for funding. An apportioned tax on fuel that is based on gasses that are truly pollutants such as SO2 or NO2 boosting products will slow the creation of smog and gives the consumers the choices of various fuels based on personal economic concerns. Government would supply free clean energy to the public by building public electric companies based on clean technologies that already exist, but have been suppressed by large monopolistic energy corporations.

The idea for this post came after listening to John Harris and his view of Society. Please read and watch this post before preceding on to my recommendations. You won’t understand what I am talking about unless you at least watch the John Harris videos at the conclusion of the following post. He explains how government actually works very well.
John Harris says quite eloquently that the “force of law” is made up of statutes that are enforced by revenue generating cops. The main take away that he said was the the cops will enforce statutes to generate revenue. The only limit to statute law is society. He defines “society” as a community of humans that are defined by what they accept to be the norm. In terms of “force of law” There is no limit to the potential authority for government police agents to enforce statutes. The only limit to a statute is it’s ability to be enforced. Therefore we as Citizens have to draw the line where government will not. (If your confused you didn’t watch the video!)
I’ll clearly demonstrate what I mean by asking you all to join me in a revolt against something that I feel is of particular importance to me. The issue here could be any issue that can gain widespread acceptance in your community or even Nation. The more widespread the acceptance of your revolt the more effective the revolt can be. The issue that I won’t accept is the National ID Drivers License. I ask you all to join my revolt by not renewing your drivers License with your state if it has joined the National ID requirements as laid out by the Federal government. If enough people join me and reject “National ID” and fight all aspects of it’s implementation then we can show the government that “society has chosen” not to accept it. So your revolt works because it is a popular act and if enough humans do it the government can not enforce the statute. Similar to Prohibition.
The great thing about this way of revolt is. You don’t have to overthrow anybody or act violently etc. to make a new society that you agree with. The other key to your rejecting is to make your fight as public as possible. Call the local newspaper and national media and get as much publicity as possible to bring as much positive light to your effort to fight the unjust system. The more popular your issue the more people you will naturally be attracted into your revolt.
Of course it won’t be easy and you may have to suffer and sacrifice a lot. However, it seems that this this type of active resistance is what is needed where government has failed us. So just remember that the government will do what you allow it to get away with and the Citizens will need to draw the line. The line you draw has to be firm or the government will say society accepts this. The idea is that you as a Citizen are a important part of the larger “society.” Where your values are common with your neighbor’s values then it is a good chance that you can mold society. However, it will require you to actively resist and trust that you are not alone.
So I ask that you join me in my fight to resist the National ID and any form there-of. But if you don’t feel passion for the National ID fight like I do then find another issue that you do have the courage to fight about. The only limit to your success is “society.” Is your future society going to be part of the NWO? If you don’t resist then it is inevitable. As you can see from the John Harris video the government is working perfectly as it was designed.

The Big Media misinformation wants to go global to solve global issues. Notice it is the same group of Democratic and Republicans that have been around for years. The same group of folks that created the problem. Sound familiar? There is no questioning at all the implications of such a plan and how it basically can’t be allowed by any national constitution or general Bill of Rights that protects even the basic civil liberties of humans. Where are the Libertarian ideas of limited government and the idea that there is a limit to what the government can in engage in based on the “Constitution.” There may be issues with the environment but real solutions aren’t even on the table. Even if the issue is best solved globally how does the creation of a mega media broadcaster going to help?

So how can you have a free market when the central authority for creation of currency is a monopoly. The answer is simple the so called “free market” does not exist and hasn’t existed. So if your an environmentalist you should ask yourself this one simple question. Why is savings so rare in today’s world. The simple and basic answer is the money and currency is not a store of value. The longer you hold on to a dollar the less it is worth. Legalizing the ability to use other forms of money is the first step to any real plan for conservation a protection of the environment. A new mega global broadcaster would be better serving if this type of monetary system were in place.
Now how does that relate to big media getting bigger? It is simple you have a monopoly in governments. These people regulate and impose statues that are not even consistent with conservation. Think of a statute that is designed to protect the water from pollution from a paper mill. If people could easily sue the paper mill and win if they get sick from contaminated water. The basic answer is that the statute is very simply not necessary and those revenue agents of the state would not be needed. So here is a perfect example of how we need to strengthen human rights so that people can defend themselves from pollution. With government playing it’s proper role which is arbitration of disputes. Rather than the generator of disputes where there are no damages.
When you are trying to cure a disease do you treat the perceived problem or would attack the problem directly. The answer is you would prefer to apply resources to attacking the problem directly. In the case of polluted water it would be more efficient to attack the pollution creator directly so that the pollution does not happen at all. If society can not function without paper then it might be in societies best interest to help the paper mill clean up. When the paper mill gets sued then it hits that paper mill directly and then the economic incentive to devise a better system to clean the water will be there. The other necessary thing that it will do is directly raise the price of paper because of the direct cost to not only make paper, but also make paper that does not pollute.
The free market is the answer. But not if you are interested in controlling the information around it. Big media is going to be bought off and manipulated by paper mills and the like so that they can control the public opinion thus hiding the problems. So the globalists are going to solve your problem next door for you? Yeah right…

If it was a secret it should be no longer. The Government owns your body and now it wants your soul. Now the slave masters want to make sure it’s investments are healthy. If you believe National Health Care is a better alternative than freedom and personal responsibility than I believe that you should just look at the state of the nation and it’s morality as it is now stands. Like the Drug war there is now a government war for your soul. The government does not need your currency they got the printing presses and banks for that. It wants your soul. Surveillance on a massive scale will make sure you go to the doctor on time for your yearly inoculations because your body is not yours any more. It is theirs. You don’t dare infect their public with y0ur stinky ass. The government has plans to save money on it’s slaves by putting all your health care information online in it’s databases so they can easily monitor it’s slaves making certain they keep working for them efficiently. This will be connected to their national ID drivers licenses. So your body can be parted out to the highest bidder at the first sign of illness. Aborted fetuses will be used to heal the bureaucrats that are not being good and eating Doritos and other unhealthy results of the genocide created society created by the slave masters. Rather than make this a pure bitch session I will actually offer an alternative to the medical crisis that involves good government. When I say “good” government I mean government that is put in place to police itself and actually has limits. I will call it the Health Freedom act. The first part of the plan will involve minimizing the licensing requirements at all for health care providers. The Governments proper role here is to investigate and regulate the degree. This would be basic and only assure the patient that the doctor has the education and training they say they have in order to practice the medicine that the doctor chooses to practice. The Doctor could be licensed to do general practice as well but the requirements would be a bit more stringent. This would cut back on the number of specialists and allow more generalist doctors. This means patients will have more choice and more freedom, while also the responsibility to go to the doctor or shaman whichever you want. The plan also must eliminate the American Medical Association (AMA). This may sound like a backwards move to some of you, but this is necessary in order for true heath care freedom. If the AMA is a regulatory body then is must remain completely voluntary. A new government regulation would be put in place where the government would police the AMA so that they could not sue doctors or medical professionals. The only entity that would be able to sue a doctor would be the human patient that had physically been harmed.
The second part of the plan would involve the justice system to be revised to back to “common law” which means you can only sue for actual damages. Government will be doling out justice not health care. The courts would not be allowed to hear a single ” statute” or matter that doesn’t directly relate to actual damages. It is either lawful or not. The courts will in effect play god on earth because they will interpret god’s law. Insurance companies will be outlawed. There will be no more patents on drugs of any sort. No regulations on medications. No FDA. The government will focus squarely on getting justice for damages. Prison sentences not fines will be the punishment for violations. That means your freedom is at stake when you operate in the new medical establishment. That means judges medicine providers must be of the highest moral character.
There will need to be four layers of justice for judges to make sure they are moral. Judges will be under review constantly by the higher “common law court” for judges and after three violations of common law will go under trail to be removed permanently for the violations. The “Common law Courts” judges will be be subject to removal by the “Supreme Freedom Council” Which will be like the supreme court but will only rule on judges conduct. Members of the “supreme freedom council” will be subject to removal by the newly created “Freedom Czar” Which will appointed new every 4 years by the president. The “Freedom Czar” will be limited to a 0ne eight year term. The “Freedom Czar” could be impeached by a simple majority vote in the “House of Representatives” based on constitutional violations. There will be “no” statute of limitations of impeachment proceedings. And any impeachment will be subject to a mandatory 7 year prison sentence in a common prison cell with the common criminal. No special treatment or diverted sentences allowed.
If this sounds crazy. I ask you too look at the current direction of government and justice that now wants to go global. The United States has abandon it’s constitution completely even though the men and women swear an oath to protect it. If we accept any more violations of the constitution in the name of whatever good or whatever international treaty. We are allowing the criminals to get away. We can no longer accept a government that thinks it owns your body and wants your soul. We must to be not be afraid to prosecute for high treason the men and women who act like this. Should we have prosecuted Hitler or Bush for treason? Or was it okay with us that these fascists were allowed to roam free? Government attracts sociopaths and we need a great way of prosecuting these violators. Of course we as a society must agree where the line is. That line must be the constitution. That line must be vigorously protected and violators must be prosecuted to the fullest justice, like violent crime is pursued. We must take them out by the roots like weeds growing in the garden. The prisons need to be filled with these fascist weeds.
We can then start cultivating free souls and driving the devils back and killing them off. Jesus may have been wrong when he said “love thy enemies” and “forgiving transgressions.” The new credo must be “never forgive and never forget” when it comes to violators of the constitution. This new model must be in place to kill off the men and women that seek to be your slave masters. Health care now would be a complete disaster for your freedom. Most humans in government don’t know what it means to govern as true statesmen.
Failure is not an option. Failure is unthinkable. Freedom must prevail. Do you have the moral character to be a part of this new system? If not you must not be in government or be put away. Current technology is such that active risistance is required in order to create a new form of government. One that has a higher moral and spiritual nature. National health care at this time in human history can not be allowed. Just as centralized global banking and credit needs to be stopped. So too does the government’s forray into your hospital bed. Nothing less than your soul is at stake.
